If you’ve encountered the error message above, you probably tried to transfer USDT ERC-20 to your trading account. The easy way to fix this is to swap your USDT ERC-20 to USDT Omni first. It’s free and takes just seconds.
How to transfer fund to USDT Omni wallet
1) Go to your account, find your USDT20 Wallet and click on [Transfer to USDT, USDT BEP20]
2) Specify the amount of USDT that you want to change to USDT Omni and click on [Convert]. Within seconds, your USDT will show up in your USDT Omni Wallet.
Note: you could also just deposit USDT Omni directly into your wallet if you happened to have some.
